Yes. While the Cape Winelands is our signature region, we plan events across South Africa and internationally. Our team is experienced in destination planning and always travel-ready.
Can we book you for just on-the-day coordination?
Absolutely. If you’ve planned most of your event but need a professional team to ensure seamless execution, our on-the-day coordination package is the perfect fit.
What is the difference between full-service planning and partial planning?
Full-service includes every step from concept to execution—venue sourcing, supplier management, styling, logistics, and more. Partial planning is ideal if you’ve already started but want expert guidance and finishing touches.
Do you offer bespoke packages for non-traditional celebrations?
Yes. We specialise in curating unique events—from elegant elopements to milestone birthdays, anniversaries, and luxurious private dinners. Every celebration is tailored.
How far in advance should we secure your services?
We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance for weddings and 3–6 months for corporate functions. However, we do accommodate shorter timelines when availability allows.
Can you work within a set budget?
Yes. We believe beautiful events are possible at many levels of investment. We’ll tailor recommendations and suppliers that align with your vision and priorities.
Do you have a preferred list of venues and suppliers?
We do. Our industry relationships give us access to top-tier venues, florists, caterers, and creatives—but we also love discovering new talent to suit your style.
What happens if we need to postpone our event?
We’re flexible and supportive. We’ll liaise with all vendors to reschedule logistics and ensure a smooth transition to your new date, based on availability and contractual terms.
Do you manage all styling and décor in-house?
Yes. Styling is a core part of our service. We offer mood boards, layout design, floral planning, and visual storytelling to ensure your event feels cohesive and personal.
Can we involve you in our planning even if we live overseas?
Of course. Many of our clients are based internationally. We handle all communication virtually, provide detailed itineraries and updates, and ensure everything is perfectly in place when you arrive.
